EVIDEM consortium, formed by the organizations 3iSolution, IMPACT and ACAPS, has as its main objective to improve general coordination between humanitarian actors through analysis, evaluation and synergistic information management services.
To this end, the EVIDEM consortium proposes to establish a request system that optimizes the efficient management of the requirements of various humanitarian actors (both national and local) belonging to the Humanitarian Country Team of Colombia. This system will ensure continuous monitoring of the request status and facilitate a proper workflow for users and administrators. In addition, it will guarantee traceability in the use and usefulness of the products and services offered.
In order to optimize requests, each one will be assigned a unique ticket number that will allow you to track the process and consult the responses online.
